So whether you’re looking to step up your ‘handstand’ game/balance efficiency – maybe you want to develop your movement capacity/potential, or you could be looking to broaden your understanding of what it takes to perform a specific skill in the world of ‘Calisthenics’.

CAKE COFFEE FLEXIBILITY

SUNDAY 26TH MARCH 

930AM – 1130AM

 

You will be constructing various flexibility patterns and holds that will incorporate back bending and front split training that will be broken down into digestible parts.

You will be taking your joints through their full range of motion, using specific mobilisation practices 

Available for ALL levels and abilities

CAKE COFFEE CALISTHENICS

SUNDAY 23RD APRIL 

930AM – 1130AM

CAKE COFFEE CALISTHENICS is made up of a multitude of preparatory drills, routines, skills and foundational methods that will be complimentary to your Calisthenics journey. 

So whether you are working towards your first push/pull up, muscle up, handstand push up etc – you will take something away of value that you can add to your Calisthenics tool box.

Calisthenics is totally scaleable, so you can attend if you’re a complete beginner or more advanced.

CAKE COFFEE HANDSTANDS

SUNDAY 21ST MAY 

930AM – 1130AM

Develop your Handstand basics, improve balance efficiency and get rid of any bad habits that you may already have.

We will explore various possibilities with your Handstand entries, moving through a multiple of shapes, using specific techniques that will broaden your understanding of the fundamental mechanics of balance.

Prerequisites

20s of handstand chest facing the wall with no major beaks in form.
Confident with kicking up entrance to the wall
