At Sudden Movements we offer a unique combination of movement disciplines and strength training. Our aim is to provide our clients with a complete body and mind experience.
Our classes run from early mornings right through to the evening, with 45 & 60 minute classes designed to ﬁt in with busy schedules that are suitable for any level.
The experience and knowledge of our founder Colin Marshall and his team has helped to create a diverse training style, something which we guarantee you will not find elsewhere.
By educating our clients on their body functions and movement ability, we are able to apply our training style to each individual to ensure that every goal is reached.
The Sudden Movements Gym looks completely different to a traditional gym. In place of treadmills, elliptical trainers and exercise bikes we have tools and methods that work to maximise the ethos of Sudden Movements, and that will develop your strength and movement capabilities.
