PRESS TO HANDSTAND WORKSHOP
29TH MAY 2022
So now you’re getting to grips with your hand-balancing…but can you press from the floor??
In this 3-hour workshop, Colin introduces you to the press to handstand which is a fascinating way to combine strength, flexibility and balance. The PTHS teaches you to move into your handstand without jumping, tucking or kicking up – it’s also a stepping stone towards skills such as stalder/straddle-L to handstand.
PREREQUISITES BEFORE SIGNING UP
Participants should comfortably hold a handstand against the wall for at least 30 seconds without losing form. To have flat palms down whilst having the feet on the floor with straight legs, will allow participants to get the most out of the workshop.
