NEURAL
**** SOLD OUT*** HAND-BALANCING WORKSHOP ***SOLD OUT***
There are many ways we can challenge our handbalancing skills. By increasing the variety, complexity and sensory input that we use to stay on our hands we make our upside down balance more resilient and, also important to us and our learning process, we have even more fun!
Sudden Movements is excited to bring to you its first Handstand workshop of the year – NEURAL with Guillermo Justel, which provides a perceptual exploration into handbalancing.
Closed eyes, head positions, points of view, shoulder motions, tense and relaxed, orderly and chaotic, cognitive load & distractions, static and dynamic, internal and external challenges…
