The HM30 focuses on cutting out certain food types such as sugar, dairy and legumes or anything that may have a negative affect on your body. This is a great option for those wanting to make changes with their food choices, ensuring that the correct decisions are made in order to get the best results and learning how the foods you have been eating, affect your day to day life and your long term health.
The HM30 is so much more than just a weight loss program and it will deliver a lot more than you would expect. It will help you to eliminate cravings, boost your immune system, improve your body composition and most importantly your overall quality of life.
Starting with an initial consultation, we will acquire your existing eating patterns and food habits. This will be followed with a body composition, taking measurements such as body-fat and other assessments.
Once everything is in place and your start date has been agreed, you will be provided with weekly meal plans, followed by weekly one-to-one discussions to ensure that you are on track with the program. This will allow us to provide you with valuable information for your next weekly meal plan.
On completion of your HM30 program, you will attend a final consultation and receive a re-evaluation of your body composition and measurements.
